What is Dona?
Dona is a live shopping app for Uzbekistan. Sellers go live on camera and show a product, viewers ask questions in the chat, tap the product pinned on screen, and buy right inside the app.
How does live shopping work?
A seller starts a live stream and shows a product in real time. You watch the stream, type questions in the chat, tap the product card on screen, add it to your cart, and check out on the spot.
Is the app free?
Yes. Dona is completely free to download. Opening a shop and becoming a seller is also free.
Payments and buying
How can I pay?
You can pay with Click, Payme, Humo, and Uzcard right inside the app. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available.
How do I buy from a live stream?
During the stream, tap the product pinned on screen, choose the options you need (size, colour) and quantity, add it to your cart, and finish paying with your chosen method. It all happens without leaving the app.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. All payments are made inside the app and are encrypted. Your card details are protected and sent over a secure connection.
Delivery and returns
How does delivery work and where?
Delivery is available across all of Uzbekistan. Once you place an order, you can track its status in the app in real time.
Can I return an item and get a refund?
Yes. You can request a return through the app; once the return is confirmed, your payment is sent back to your original payment method. See the guide for detailed rules.
