Dona is a live-shopping app. Sellers go live on camera and show a product, you ask questions in the chat, tap the product pinned on the screen, add it to your cart, and buy it right inside the app. Here is a short guide for buyers.

Shopping in three steps

Watch a live stream. The seller shows the product in real time and explains its size, colour and price.
Add the product to your cart. Tap the product card pinned on the screen — it drops straight into your cart.
Check out. Go to your cart, choose a delivery address, and complete payment.

The home page shows sellers who are live right now. Browse by category to find what you are looking for:

Asking questions in chat

During a live stream, ask the seller questions directly in the chat — about the size chart, fabric, stock on hand, or delivery times. Sellers often answer on the spot and hold the product closer to the camera.

Cart and checkout

You can gather several products into one cart and check them out together. At checkout:

Enter a delivery address or pick a saved one.
Review the items and the total.
Choose a payment method that suits you.

Tracking your order

Once you check out, you follow your order status in real time in the app — you can see the confirmation, packing and on-the-way stages. Delivery covers all of Uzbekistan.

Wishlist and notifications

Add products you like to your wishlist so you can come back to them later. Follow your favourite shops — when they go live, the app sends you a notification so you never miss a stream.
