Delivery and order tracking

After you buy on Dona, your order is delivered to your address anywhere in Uzbekistan. You can follow the order status right in the app, in real time — no hidden steps and no guessing how long to wait.

What happens after you place an order

Once you pick a product during a live stream and pay inside the app, your order is sent to the seller. From there:

1. The seller accepts the order and prepares the product for shipping.
2. The order is handed over to the delivery service.
3. The product is delivered to the address you provided.

You get a notification in the app at each step, so you always know where your order is.

Delivery across Uzbekistan

Dona delivers to every region of Uzbekistan. When you place an order, enter your address accurately — street, house and apartment number, plus a landmark help the courier find you faster.

Tracking your order in real time

You can check your order status at any time in the Orders section of the app. It shows the current stage of each order — accepted, shipped, or out for delivery. Tracking updates in real time, so there is no need to refresh the page manually.

Cash on delivery

If you prefer, you can pay for your product in cash when it arrives. At checkout, choose cash (cash on delivery) as your payment method — your order is confirmed, and you hand the money to the courier when you receive the product.

What to do if delivery is delayed

Sometimes delivery takes longer than expected. If that happens:

• First, check the current status of your order in the Orders section of the app.
• If the status has not changed for a while, contact the seller directly through the in-app chat. Most questions are resolved right there.
• The seller can confirm when your order will arrive and help sort out any issue that comes up.

All communication stays inside the app, so your messages and order details are always at hand.
