Payment methods

Once you’ve chosen a product on Dona, you pay in whatever way is most convenient for you. Every in-app payment is encrypted and processed securely. Below we explain how each method works.

Available payment methods

Dona supports the following methods:

• Click — a popular payment wallet. You pay through Click in a few steps right inside the app.
• Payme — another widely used payment wallet, fast and convenient.
• Humo — payment with a Humo bank card.
• Uzcard — payment with an Uzcard bank card.
• Cash on delivery (COD) — you pay in cash when your order is delivered.

Cards vs. wallets

• Bank cards — Humo and Uzcard. With these methods you enter your card details and the amount is charged directly to your card.
• Payment wallets — Click and Payme. Through these services you link a card or account once, and later payments go through even faster.

Whichever method you choose, the payment is completed inside the Dona app — you don’t need to leave for another website.

How payments are protected

All payment details inside the app are transmitted in encrypted form. Dona does not store your full card details — payments are processed through secure payment systems.

Cash on delivery (COD)

If you choose to pay in cash, you pay for the order at the moment of delivery, when you receive the product in hand. That is:

1. You place the order in the app and choose cash (COD) as the payment method.
2. The courier delivers the order to your address.
3. You accept the product and hand the cash payment to the courier.

With cash on delivery, no money is charged in advance — payment happens only at the time of delivery.

Returns and refunds

If you return a product and the return is approved, the money goes back to the same payment method:

• Paid with Click or Payme — the money returns to that same wallet account.
• Paid with a Humo or Uzcard card — the money returns to that same card.
• Paid with cash (COD) — the refund is handled in a separately agreed way.

Money always goes back to the original payment method. The refund itself may take a few business days depending on the payment system.

Summary

On Dona you choose the payment method that suits you — Click, Payme, Humo, Uzcard or cash (COD). All in-app payments are encrypted, and cash is collected only on delivery. For returned orders, the money always goes back to the original payment method.
