Seller's Guide
Dona is a live shopping app: you go live on camera, show a product, viewers ask questions in chat, tap the product pinned on screen, and buy right inside the stream. This guide walks you through opening a free shop and running your first live sale.
Opening a shop is free
Opening a shop on Dona is completely free. Download the app from Google Play or the App Store, sign up with your phone number, and apply to become a seller.
- Open the app and go to the “Become a seller” section.
- Enter your shop name, description, and contact details.
- Add a card or account details so you can receive payouts.
- Once your application is approved, you can add products and go live.
There is no subscription fee — a commission is only taken when a sale is made.
Going live and pinning products
Live selling is simple: you go on camera, show the product in your hand, and pin it on screen.
- During the stream, pick any product and “pin” it at the bottom of the screen — viewers see it with one tap.
- Answer questions in chat directly: size, color, price, delivery.
- A viewer taps the pinned product, adds it to the cart, and pays without leaving the stream.
The difference from selling through Instagram or Telegram “direct messages” is that the buyer doesn’t have to message you privately, negotiate, and ask for a card number. It all happens inside the stream — tap, pay, order placed.
Managing orders and payouts
Every order lands in your seller dashboard. From there you:
- See and confirm new orders.
- Ship the product and track the delivery status — we deliver across all of Uzbekistan.
- Follow your sales stats and revenue in real time.
- Withdraw funds to your card (payout).
The dashboard works both in the app and in a browser, so you can manage orders from a computer too.
How you get paid
Buyers pay inside the app, securely and encrypted. Accepted payment methods:
- Click
- Payme
- Humo
- Uzcard
- Cash on delivery (COD)
Online payments land in your Dona balance, then you withdraw them to your card. For more on payment methods, see Payment methods.
